Vibe Policy

Vibe

Policy Live

Vibe Policy turns an app profile into a privacy policy, terms, or support page without a blank legal doc. You walk through basics, platforms, owner, and contact, then pick a document. Every toggle, platform mix, and third-party service rewrites the matching clauses in place, so the draft stays specific to how the product actually works. Five documents: Simple Privacy, No-Tracking Privacy, GDPR Privacy, Terms & Conditions, and Support. A business owner supplies a company name, developer name, and address; an individual supplies a personal name, and GDPR maps those fields onto a data-controller section. The business model — free, subscription, ads, one-time, or hybrid — is written into the privacy intro. Platforms are iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop, including mixes. The copy changes for device type, OS, browser, device ID, and whether uninstall applies. Privacy toggles add or drop whole sections for location, AI, cookies, personal data, user content, deletion, third-party links, and age of consent (COPPA 13 / EU 16). No-tracking and support hide options that do not belong, and an open source app type switches the license language in terms. 32 third-party services — ads, analytics, auth, billing, maps, monitoring, and others — are searchable by name, category, or privacy URL. Selected services become a linked list; an empty selection gets a different clause. The preview is Markdown or HTML. Editing a field scrolls to the clause it affects, including the controller section for GDPR contact and children or termination for age of consent. You can copy, download, publish a public link, or import that link back. Each document shows draft, live, or changed after the form drifts from what was published.

Key Features

checklist

Guided setup

Five steps — app, platforms, owner, contact, document — with the next incomplete step called out. The form only asks for fields that document uses.

account_tree

Conditional clauses

Sections appear or disappear for location, AI, cookies, data collection, user content, deletion, links, services, address, and open-source vs commercial.

devices

Platform-aware wording

iOS, Android, web, and desktop combinations rewrite device, OS, browser, and identifier language, including mixed targets.

hub

Third-party disclosures

Pick from a catalog of 32 services. The policy lists each one with its privacy or terms link, or states that none are used.

sync

Live, anchored preview

The document updates as you type and scrolls to the clause tied to the field you just changed.

publish

Publish and reuse

Publish a shareable page, see when a live doc is out of date, or paste a published link to load it back into the builder.
